Certitude is a niche professional services company specialising in assisting senior business management identify and control risks associated with people, processes and technology.

Our consultants are qualified and experienced risk specialists who maintain a high degree of professionalism, quality and value to their clients.

We are independent of vendor and product alliances allowing us to provide impartial assessment and advice.

Certitude was established out of the recognition that risks need to be presented in a way that is easy to understand, and allows business managers to balance risks against costs and business opportunities, in order to make informed decisions. To provide real value we:

Certitude is committed to conducting business in a manner that manages environmental issues responsibly. We fulfill this commitment by:

  • Complying with environmental regulations.
  • Applying the principles of reduce, reuse and recycle in all processes. For example, we recycle all recyclable materials such as paper and electronic equipment (e.g. mobiles & PCs), and try to minimise packaging and transportation in our purchases.
  • Promoting environmental responsibility among our employees. For example, we encourage our employees to use public transport as much as possible, and not to print materials unnecessarily.
  • Conducting operations in an environmentally sound manner. For example, we use shared office facilities, and minimise travel through the use of teleconferencing and other existing communication methods.
